Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All tags and hygienic liners must still be in place. There must not be any signs of wear to the suit or any damages.  Any suits sent back damaged or worn will be refused and a refund will not be submitted.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items.


Exchanges

Please mail the suits back to the address below and note your order number  somewhere within the package. Please also drop a note in your package that states the style #, color, and size you would like for us to send you in place of your returned piece.

 If there is a price difference for the exchange, we can either issue a credit if it’s less or bill through PayPal if it’s more!


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
