Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
USPS is our shipping carrier. All orders will be shipped Priority Mail (1-3 Days). Items ship on business days only (Monday – Friday) excluding holidays when USPS is not running. Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently we ship to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
When will my item ship?
All orders will be sent within 2-3 business days of your order being placed, unless the item is back-ordered or discontinued (this applies mainly to sale items).
How can I track my Order?
A tracking number will be applied to your order as soon as it ships. You will be able to review this on your order details.
You can also use the Shop App to keep track of your order.
What is the return policy?
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return freight and the original order’s freight will not be refunded. All items must be returned in their original condition. All tags and hygienic liners must still be in place, as well as no damages or signs of wear. Items returned that are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All sale items are final sale and will not be eligible for return.
